Services and Offerings

The services available through 818 Photo Booth LLC include a variety of photo booth experiences, rental durations, add ons, and customization options. The exact details of what is provided for a particular event, including hours, location, booth type, and add ons, will be confirmed in a formal invoice or agreement at the time of booking.

Descriptions on the website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute guaranteed commitments unless stated in a written contract.

Payment and Deposits

To secure an event date, a non refundable deposit of fifty percent (50 percent) of the total service fee is typically required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the date of the event unless otherwise stated in writing.

Because design preparation begins immediately after a booking is made, including custom overlays, template editing, event configuration, and equipment testing, all deposits are fully non refundable.

Deposits or payments made through our website or invoicing platform indicate acceptance of the booking’s payment terms.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a client cancels more than thirty (30) days prior to their event, the deposit is forfeited but no additional payments are owed.

If a cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the event, the client is responsible for the full contract amount.

If 818 Photo Booth LLC must cancel due to circumstances other than a client breach, all payments received will be refunded in full. Refunds are not available for delays or interruptions outside our control.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

All payments are final except as otherwise stated in our cancellation policy. Initiating a chargeback or dispute for services rendered or for deposits clearly marked as non refundable is considered a violation of these Terms. 818 Photo Booth LLC reserves the right to pursue reimbursement for disputed amounts and any associated fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the chosen venue can accommodate a photo booth setup. This includes providing:

• A clear, level space (approximately 10 ft x 10 ft)
• A standard 120V power outlet within 20 feet
• Safe, unobstructed access for load in and load out
• A sheltered area for outdoor events to protect equipment

Failure to provide necessary access, space, or safe working conditions may prevent the booth from operating and does not relieve the client of payment obligations.

Liability and Safety

Photo booth equipment includes tripods, lighting, cords, and guarded mechanical components. By browsing or booking through our website, users acknowledge that equipment carries inherent risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, 818 Photo Booth LLC, its owner, and its employees are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage related to event participation except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused to equipment.

Service Interruptions

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure smooth operation, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical issues, power outages, software malfunctions, or environmental factors. Such interruptions do not constitute a breach of service. If a significant portion of the service is impacted, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Substitutions

818 Photo Booth LLC may substitute equipment, materials, or personnel when necessary, provided the replacement is of equal or greater quality. This ensures uninterrupted service even if original components become unavailable.

Media Usage

Unless a client provides written notice opting out before their event, 818 Photo Booth LLC may use event photos, videos, and digital content for its marketing, portfolio displays, social media, and promotional materials.

We respect privacy and will honor any written request to withhold or remove specific content.

Force Majeure

818 Photo Booth LLC is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather, venue restrictions, power failures, government actions, or public health concerns.

In such cases, we may offer to reschedule the event or issue a refund minus non recoverable costs.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from use of the website or our services shall be handled in accordance with California law.

Modifications to Terms
